I’m still working on eliminating meat from my diet, but I was wondering what others are doing to make sure they don’t develop a B12 deficiency as vegetarians. I see that some fish, like sardines and tuna, are good sources of B12, so I think I’ll keep fish in my diet. I also see that eating fortified cereal is a good way to get B12. Do you all eat certain foods to get your B12 or do you supplement with a daily vitamin?
