Casper So… have you been anywhere local or international that was hard for you as a vegetarian? Seems like it’s easier than ever now to find places that are vegetarian friendly.
WJean I visit Korea very off and on. Until about a decade ago, it was hard to find restaurants with vegetarian menus. So much Korean food uses some to a lot of animal products including soup and pickling bases. But now, vegetarian and vegan cafes are way more of a thing, especially in Seoul. That’s cool!
Daltjr I travel all up and down the east coast. There is always somewhere for me to find something good to eat. It was hard in NYC, all the food vendors, food smelled amazing but wasn't vegetarian. I went to Punta Cana and they had so much fresh fruit and vegetables at every restaurant too.
Greenjeans More and more communities, it seems, make it easier for us to find the foods and meals we need. Restaurants, grocery stores, etc….make the signage clear as to what they have. This is in the western U.S. states.
