My daughter's mom and I are divorced, so she splits her time between us. When my daughter is with her mom, she eats meat. When she's with me, we eat vegetarian. I'm having a tough time coming up with new and exciting vegetarian recipes to feed my daughter when I have her. Right now, she LOVES eating carrots and fruit. She is also lactose intolerant, so that rules out any dairy I could use when cooking. Does anyone have any suggestions?
