I recently discovered jicama, a tuber that tastes like a cross between an apple and a potato. I’ve been eating it in chunks, like a carrot, but I was wondering if there are any recipes that use jicama. Any ideas would be great! 😃
I am late to this, but have you tried it in salad? That’s the only way I had jicama so far. I know of jicama fries, and they look good.
