Aerobic exercise, even if it’s just for 10 minutes, really helps to wake me up and keep me going. So, it’s a shame that exercise isn’t boosting your friend’s energy levels. Splashing cold water on my face and arms also works. Maybe it would help your friend as well. Then again, it sounds like your friend might have low iron levels if she’s routinely fatigued. I take a daily multivitamin, which seems to keep me in check. Perhaps your friend should get checked out by a doctor.
